Teaching students the technical aspects of creating art can be enriching, but equally important is inspiring them to use their imagination and creativity.
Summer Camp Weeks:

*Note: Week 1 (June 29th, 30th, July 2nd to 3rd) and Week 6 (August 4th to 7th) are prorated to 4 day camp due to Canada Day July 1st and Civic Holiday August 4th.

Our programs are for children aged from 4-16 years old. We will group children according to their age.
Hours:
Full Day: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Half Day (AM): 9:00am – 12:00pm
Half Day (PM): 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Before and After Care:
8:30 am-5:00 pm: $30 +HST/day
In Studio Camp:
All materials are included. For Full Day students, lunch break is from 12:00 noon – 12:45 pm. Included snack breaks at 10:30 am – 10:45 am and at 2:30 pm – 2:45 pm.
Portfolio Preparation:
Students can also prepare for their portfolio during summer camp weeks. You can send us an email to let us know at contact@creativegeniusacademy.ca

Theme: Sculpt & Create: A Mixed Media & Clay Adventure!
Ages: 4-16 years old
Step into a creative studio where imagination takes shape! Sculpt & Create invites children and teens to explore the exciting world of mixed media and clay through hands-on, age-appropriate projects. Campers will experiment with sculpting, building, layering textures, and combining materials to bring their ideas to life in three-dimensional form. Whether creating imaginative characters, symbolic sculptures, or expressive mixed media pieces, students will be encouraged to think creatively, problem-solve, and develop both technical and artistic confidence. With guided instruction and room for personal expression, this camp offers a supportive, inspiring environment where young artists of all levels can explore, create, and grow—while having fun along the way.
Week 2: July 6th to 10th
Theme: Global Goal! World Cup Art & Design
Ages: 4-16
Celebrate the excitement of the World Cup through creativity, design, and artistic expression! Young artists will create soccer-inspired artwork through drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and design projects. Campers will design team jerseys, create custom soccer balls, invent mascots, build miniature stadiums, design championship trophies, and paint action-packed sports scenes while exploring the cultures and countries that make the World Cup a global celebration. Throughout the week, students will learn how artists capture movement and energy by creating armatures and sculpting dynamic soccer figures. They’ll explore character proportions, balance, gesture, and action through hands-on sculpture and drawing activities. Older students may also experiment with sports illustration, graphic design, and digital art concepts, while younger artists enjoy imaginative projects that combine creativity, teamwork, and fun. Whether your child loves soccer, art, or both, this camp offers an exciting opportunity to celebrate sports, culture, and creativity through engaging hands-on projects
Week 3: July 13th to 17th
Theme: Galactic Creators: Cartoon & Anime Adventures!
Ages: 4-9 years old
Blast Off into a World of Imagination! Calling all young artists and space explorers! In this exciting camp, kids will dive into the world of sci-fi as they draw wacky robots, brave astronauts, and friendly aliens straight from their imaginations. With fun storytelling, vibrant colors, and playful drawing techniques, they’ll bring futuristic worlds to life while building confidence in their artistic skills. From designing their very own galactic superheroes to crafting adorable alien sidekicks, every session is packed with creativity, adventure, and hands-on fun!
Week 3: July 13th to 17th
Theme: Digital Art Fun: Create, Explore & Innovate!
Ages: 7-16 years old
Unleash Your Creativity in the Digital World! Step into the exciting world of digital art and discover the endless possibilities of creating with technology! In this hands-on camp, young artists will learn to design, draw, and experiment using digital software, exploring a variety of styles—from bold abstract pieces to realistic painting simulations and even motion graphics! Guided by skilled instructors, students will develop essential digital art skills, gain inspiration from famous digital artists, and bring their own unique ideas to life. Whether they’re beginners or budding digital pros, this camp is the perfect place to dive into creativity and innovation!
Week 4: July 20th to 24th
Theme: Character Design: Cartoon & Anime Creation!
Ages: 4-16 years old
Bring Your Imagination to Life! Calling all young artists and storytellers! Whether your child dreams of drawing superheroes, anime icons, or original characters, this exciting camp will teach them the skills to bring their ideas to life. Ages 4-9: Learn the basics of coloring, form, and facial features, plus fun techniques for drawing expressive characters! Ages 10-16: Dive deeper into figure drawing, human proportions, and advanced character design, with access to cutting-edge digital tools and iPads for those eager to explore digital illustration! With hands-on instruction, creative challenges, and endless inspiration, students will level up their drawing skills and design their own unforgettable characters!
Week 5: July 27th to 31st
Theme: Wildlife Wonders: Painting Animals & Their Habitats!
Ages: 4-16 years old
Dive into a week of creative discovery inspired by the natural world. In this hands-on art camp, young artists will explore a wide range of animals—from majestic tigers to soaring birds and fascinating reptiles—while learning how to represent them within their natural habitats. Students will experiment with a variety of painting mediums, including watercolour and acrylic, while exploring different techniques such as layering, blending, texture-building, and expressive brushwork. Through engaging projects and guided instruction, campers will discover how animals live, adapt, and interact with their environments, translating these ideas into vibrant, meaningful artwork. Each day introduces new artistic challenges that encourage creative exploration, technical skill development, and a deeper appreciation for nature and wildlife.
Week 6: August 4th to 7th*
Theme: Monumental Makers: Sculptures, Creatures & 3D Art Adventures
Ages: 4-7 years old
Get ready to think, build, and create in three dimensions! In this exciting sculpture-focused camp, young artists will explore the world of 3D art through clay, mixed media, recycled materials, wire, cardboard, and more. Inspired by famous sculptors and contemporary artists, campers will create expressive faces, imaginative creatures, animals, miniature monuments, and larger-than-life creations while learning techniques such as shaping, carving, assembling, and texturing.
Younger artists will focus on imaginative building and hands-on exploration, while older students will develop more advanced skills in form, proportion, movement, and storytelling through sculpture. Each day brings new creative challenges designed to strengthen problem-solving skills, artistic confidence, and creative thinking. This camp is perfect for children who love building, creating, and bringing their ideas to life in exciting new ways.
Week 6: August 4th to 7th*
Theme: Digital Art & Design: Bringing Creativity to the Commercial World!
Ages: 7-16 years old
This week, students will dive into the exciting world of digital art, learning essential skills that can help them express themselves creatively while exploring commercial design concepts like poster making, typography, logo creation, and character development. Through hands-on projects, they’ll discover how digital art plays a key role in advertising, branding, and visual communication, gaining the tools to create eye-catching designs that speak to audiences. Whether it’s creating their own logos or designing characters for a brand, this camp will unlock endless possibilities and open the door to the world of commercial graphic design!
Week 7: August 10th to 14th
Theme: Illustration Adventures: Drawing Characters & Environments!
Ages: 4-16 years old
This week, students will embark on an exciting artistic journey, diving into the world of character creation and environment design. From drawing dynamic characters to crafting beautiful landscapes and animals, they’ll learn the fundamentals of illustration while exploring perspective, depth, and real-world applications. For teens, this experience goes even further! They’ll have the opportunity to transform their sketches into digital masterpieces using our studio iPads, blending traditional drawing techniques with cutting-edge digital tools for a unique creative process.
Week 8: August 17th to 21st
Theme: Fantasy Kingdoms: Dragons, Magic & Mythical Creatures
Ages: 4-16
Step into a world of imagination where dragons soar, magical creatures roam, and entire fantasy kingdoms come to life! In this adventure-filled art camp, young artists will explore drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and character design while creating their own magical worlds and legendary stories.
Campers will design dragons, invent mythical creatures, create enchanted forests, build castles, illustrate magical characters, and develop their own fantasy maps and kingdoms. Through exciting daily projects, students will learn artistic techniques while strengthening creativity, storytelling, and visual problem-solving skills. Older artists can dive deeper into world-building, creature design, and fantasy illustration, while younger campers will enjoy imaginative, hands-on projects that encourage exploration and self-expression.
