Created for teens to set their creativity free, our art classes are designed to help students amplify their passion for art while developing their skills through a variety of mediums including paint, pastels, pencils, sculpture, and more. Our teen art classes encourage students to branch out of their comfort zone by thinking outside of the box for self-expression, where they will develop skills customized to their learning level in different mediums. This is a great opportunity for students to create portfolio pieces that can be used for future high school and college applications, where many previous alumni have been accepted to the school of their dreams with the support of our program. Students have developed portfolios for Animation, Illustration, Interior Design, Architecture, Painting and Drawing, Industrial Design, Fashion, and much more.

Mandatory Art Starter Kit for 4 Pass or More Registration
To ensure all our young artists have the right tools for success, the Art Starter Kit is mandatory for new students registering for a 4-pass or more program. This kit is designed to provide essential materials that complement our art curriculum and ignite creativity!

Here’s what’s included:

• Ages 4-6:
  Art Kit (15-pc Brush Set, 35-pc Sketch Pencil Set, 48-pc Color Pencil Crayons, and an Art Smock)
  $61.99 + HST

• Ages 7+, Teens and Adults:
  Art Kit (15-pc Brush Set, 35-pc Sketch Pencil Set, 48-pc Color Pencil Crayons, and a CGA Evaluation Sketchbook)
  $70.00 + HST

Note: The Art Starter Kit is not required for single drop-in classes, Digital Classes, or Design Classes. If you’re signing up for a single drop-in class, simply come ready to create—no kit necessary! However, for those enrolling in a 4-pass or more registration, the Art Starter Kit is required to get started.
