Looking to rent a space and use it for creative work? We’ve got you covered! Creative Genius Academy offers various packages to fit all your renting needs so that you can unleash your imagination without limits. From workshops to DIYs, our studios are the perfect place to enhance your artistic productivity.
Creative Genius Academy has two studios available for rent, with one being located at 9 Ivanhoe Drive and the other in Downtown Markham at 8110 Birchmount Road, Unit 3. Our studios feature 1000 square feet of rental space and are the ideal setting for hosting workshops of 10-25 people at a time. A clean space with excellent lighting, we offer a reasonable price per hour, along with Weekday and Weekend packages that come with amenities including free Wi-Fi and free parking at the back/underground sections of the building.
