March Break Camp

Inspiring students to use their creativity and imagination to create art, as well as learning technical skills.

March Break Camp:

Our March Break Camp week runs from Monday, March 13th to Friday, March 17th and is filled with exciting art activities for our creative geniuses! In this week’s program, students will learn how to develop artistic techniques and use their imagination to create art.

Age Group: 
Our programs are for children aged from 4-16 years old. We will group children according to their age.

In Studio Camp: 
All materials are included. For Full Day students, lunch break is from 12:00pm – 1:00pm. With 15 minute snack breaks at 10:30am and 2:30pm.

Portfolio Preparation:
Students can also prepare for their portfolio during March Break Camp. Just let us know when filling the form out your child is interested in joining for portfolio preparation in camp.

March Break (March 13th to 17th)

Fees:
Full Day Session: $540+hst/week
Half Day Session: $300+hst/week 
1 Full Day or 2 Half Days: $136+hst 

Before and After Care:
8:30am-5:00pm: $35+hst per day

Hours:
Full Day:  9:00am – 4:00pm (Lunch break at 12:00pm – 1:00pm)
Half Day (AM): 9:00am – 12:00pm
Half Day (PM): 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Camp themes

Day 1: Monday, March.13
Theme: Exploring Animals and Their Habitats
Ages: 4-16 years old

Aspiring artists will love the chance to explore their wild side with this innovative program day! Combining fun and excitement, students will be able to capture the beauty of animals in a variety of interesting ways. From drawing and painting their unique homes to discovering new mediums and textures, this activity takes creativity to the next level. Experience firsthand the majesty of these creatures and create an entire world of color and shapes that bring wildlife alive on paper!

Day 2: Tuesday, March.14

Theme: Famous Artists and Their Subjects
Ages: 4-16 years old

Exploring the work of famous artists can be a fun and exciting experience for any student. Learning about the old masters in particular is great way to dive into different artistic styles, sharpen your artistic skills, and add some flair to your own artwork. Our program offers a unique opportunity to take advantage of – we provide students with the chance to create their own art inspired by timeless masters in an enjoyable day filled with learning and fun! Join us today to explore and master the work of these legendary artists.

Day 3: Wednesday, March.15
Theme: Science Fiction: Drawing Cartoons, Characters + People

Ages: 4-16 years old

Drawing is an enjoyable activity that can often be used to express creativity! If your child has a passion for drawing cartoons, fictional characters or realistic people, this day could be a lot of fun and very exciting for them. Our teachers will provide step by step instructions to help students create their very own characters in their own style. It’s a great opportunity for young artists to explore their inner creativity and bring their favorite characters to life. This day promises to be an unforgettable experience full of exciting new opportunities.

 

Day 4: Thursday, March,16
Theme: Sculpture + Clay Art

Ages: 4-16 years old

Working with clay is an incredibly fun and exciting experience. It can be molded into whatever the imagination desires, making it one of the most versatile mediums available. Through working with clay, students will have an immersive journey as they explore the wonders of their creativity in a 3D space! Everyone can benefit from using clay, from amateurs to professionals, which makes this material perfect for any level of experience. Come join us in discovering what amazing creations we can make with clay!

Day 5: Friday, March.17

Theme: Art Around the World
Ages: 4-16 years old

Campers will have a blast learning about various forms of art from all around the world! It is so fun and exciting for students to connect to these diverse cultural histories, allowing them to express themselves through their own unique artwork using a chosen color palette and theme. Campers of all ages can join in on this interesting journey while they expand their knowledge on different artistic styles.
